Lamination Layup
Align three layers — top fabric, needle-punched cotton, and bottom fabric — then feed them into the quilting machine.
Quilting (Core Process)
Use a multi-needle quilting machine to stitch in W-shape / herringbone / zigzag patterns. This secures the three layers to prevent filling shifting and clumping. Even stitch spacing and lockstitch deliver better durability.
Fixed-Length Cutting
Cut pieces to specified sizes (standard: 183×203 cm; export specs: 72×80 inch, etc.)
Binding & Edging
Double-stitched binding with polyester tape. Bar tacks at four corners for edge anti-fray reinforcement. Webbing handles are optional for heavy-duty versions.
Inspection, Rolling & Packing
Check for skipped stitches, holes and color variation. Compress for packing (export orders commonly packed 12 pieces per bale).
??Difference Between Two Common Grades ? Economy Grade (Low-Cost): Non-woven fabric surface + recycled needle-punched cotton, simple quilting, for single-use or short-term application. ? Export Heavy-Duty Grade: Double-sided woven polyester fabric + high-density recycled cotton, herringbone quilting plus heavy double binding. Repeatedly washable, suitable for long-distance ocean freight moving.
