Polyester moving blanket (also known as PET fiber moving blanket) generally features a three-layer composite structure:

Surface Layer (Fabric) 

Material: 100% Polyester (Polyester Fiber / PET)

Craft: Mostly knitted fabric, non-woven fabric or needle-punched fabric

Features: Dense texture, wear-resistant and tear-resistant 

Middle Layer (Filling / Cushioning) 

Common materials: Recycled cotton, polyester cotton, bonded wadding and other chemical fiber cotton

Function: Provides cushioning, shock absorption and sound insulation 

Bottom Layer (Lining) 

Mostly polyester non-woven fabric or thin polyester cloth

Overall Structure

Fixed by W-shaped / diamond quilting  with reinforced edged binding.
